Delivery across South Africa

We deliver nationwide via trusted couriers. South African-stocked items are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–8 working days. Items sourced directly from Korea ship separately and take 12–16 working days.

Shipping costs

Your exact delivery fee is calculated at checkout from the real courier cost of the items in your bag — it may include one or more parcels depending on where each item ships from. Orders with a subtotal over R600 (after any discount) qualify for free delivery.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order any time on our Track Order page using your order number.

If you miss your delivery

Couriers will attempt delivery again if nobody's available the first time — you'll usually see this reflected as an update on your tracking page. If a second attempt also misses you, most couriers hold the parcel at their nearest local depot for about 5–7 working days for collection before it's returned to us. If that happens, email info@seoulglow.net with your order number and we'll arrange redelivery or a pickup point for you — no need to start over.
