14-day returns

Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Hygiene policy

For health and safety reasons, opened skincare and cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
